We were excited to be given the task of helping to build the Reverse Mortgage Educators Brand from inception. And, like with all brand-new companies, they needed it all; a Branding and Marketing plan that could be implemented according to their budget and growth.
We pooled all of our talents together to build their company image so that they could compete in the marketplace with the likes of Fred Thompson and AAG. However, we utilized a different strategy for them; instead of trying to compete with Fred and AAG, we focused on a more hands-on, individual approach where potential customers would be working closely with the two partners in the company, who are also true “experts” in the field of reverse mortgages. This approach has been very successful.
Our Marketing Plan included: A DVD and Educational Brochure that could be mailed to potential new clients; full, half, and quarter page newspaper ads that run consistently in the LA TImes; an information-rich website with REQUEST A QUOTE feature as well as a Blog; Magazine Ads; An easy-to-use mobile app; and more.
